Cleansing (Frühjahrsputz)
a traditional ritual, serves to let go of thoughts, emotions, and worldly events — to bid farewell to superficiality, decadence, haste, and pain. Cleansing the soul can happen through mindfulness, meditation, movement, and relaxation. It may also mean recognizing and resolving emotional burdens.
